How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Episodestall Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience phoning or messaging Episodestall Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Episodestall Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@episodestall.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
